Welcome to Fawley & District Voluntary Care Group
Fawley & District Voluntary Care Group has provided services for the people of Fawley Parish and surrounding villages for almost 35 years.
Our main activity is providing transport to medical appointments. This may be to a GP surgery, to our local hospitals at Hythe and Lymington, or specialist hospitals in Southampton and some as far away as London.
We also provide transport for other purposes. These include social gatherings, hospital or nursing home visiting, shopping trips and even shopping for clients. For all enquiries, please call our Coordinator Paula on 023 8089 8756 or fill out the Booking Form.

When my driver realised that I couldn’t walk too far without getting out of breath, he went and found a wheelchair for me and then proceeded to push me in the chair to my appointment. I am very grateful for his thoughtfulness and help.

I was anxious about getting to my hospital appointment, but as soon as the driver came to collect me, all my worries faded away as we travelled along the road. He was polite, courteous and ended up making me laugh which was just what the doctor ordered!
